Wiping an I phone 6s to give to someone else

I have an old iPhone 6s that I want to give to my granddaughter. It’s been sitting in a drawer for a few years now as I replaced it with the iPhone 8 Plus when it came out. How do I wipe the 6 of all my data so my granddaughter can put her own stuff in there?
