Updating an iPhone 6plus to iOS 13:

You can't. And, even if you could install an update on it, only the latest would install (iOS16).

Unfortunately, that model is not compatible with iOS 13 or higher.

It can be updated to iOS 12.5.6, no further.

The iPhone 6 Plus is too old. The best that it can do is iOS 12.5.6
