Hi guys, I am using IPhone 8 Plus and I want to update my software but there's no option for that, can someone assist? How do I go about?

Was this iPhone issued to you by your employer? If YES, then please contact the system administrator of your employer.

If this is your personal device, then do you have any profile installed by your employer or school or another organization? If YES, then erase the profile that may be installed on your iPhone. Follow this guide published by Apple 👉 Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...

How to do so...


A. Verify Compatibility:

Identify your iPhone model. The first thing that comes to mind in incompatibility being the culprit. So, confirm the model of your iPhone. If iPhone model is incompatible with iOS 16then it is because you iPhone does not meet the hardware requirements for this iOS version(s).


B. If Compatible...


1. Back Up First:

IMPORTANT: If you have an option to update, however, then be certain you backup your iPhone first. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with the update
