Charging using a laptop is it dangerous for the iPhone & its battery?
I want to update via iTunes, but it will also charge my iPhone, is it safe? is it safe to charge using a laptop?

Yes, it's safe. As you've been advised several times before, if It wasn't safe, Apple would warn users. ...So yet another hypothetical concern is added to your ever growing list here:
