I can’t update my YouTube and stuff because I don’t know my iTunes password.

So I know my apple account password but I can’t remember my iTunes password and I can’t update my YouTube or anything

Go to appleid.apple.com and click "I Forgot..."

If for some reason that does not help, then call in the big guns as described in here: How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support
