Unable to update my iPhone 12 to iOS 16

Hi, I am having trouble with updating my phone. The new release of the IOS 16 came out but on my settings it does not show up for me to download and I have an iPhone 12. What’s wrong?

Optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Charge the battery > 70%.

Turn automatic update -> On.

Do you have a MDM profiel?

If so, contact you company - IT department.

What happens when you go to Settings -> General -> Software Update -> tap Download and Install?

Do you get any errorr mesaage?
