Hi, hoping to get some help here. I can't download an application on my appstore it says the AppleID was never used in downloading an app when I click on review now to sign in nothing happens it just constantly asking me to sign in.

When you get that message on your screen, tap Review -> review your account information.
Click Review repeatedly.
Some people have only had a response after a second or subsequent click.
Try to download a free app at the App Store.
Log in at appleid.apple.com and make sure you have payment information stored there.

Log in at appleid.apple.com and make sure you have payment information stored there.
Try this -> Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.
On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.
If you're still unable to update your payment method, Contact Apple Support.

It doesn't allow me to click on review repeatedly as it automatocally goes to sign in page after putting in my apple ID and password it goes back to review
I have added my card on the website and tried signing in on apple ID again but still it won't let me
