Is someone going to let us know how to close ads after watching them? All I see are people saying restart the iPad or buy the game. This is absurd. You can either give us the option to buy the game ad free or have ads disappear after a few seconds. What is even the point of this? Does apple actually believe people will buy a new game every day? RIDICULOUS

You observation and complaint needs to be directed to the App Developer - as it is the App that is exposing advertising.

Few Apps are ever truly “free” - as very few Apps will be not be monetised in one way or another. Some Apps charge a one-time fee, while others will generate income through a subscription, advertising, or a combination of these techniques.

YOu need to take that up with the game developer. They are the ones that control what advertising - if any - is in their app.
Several of my App Store games are displaying Ads during game play that can not be closed ever.
