Notifications Not Working after iOS 15.7 Update

Hi, I am on the current IOS (15.7), and recently noticed several apps were not receiving notifications. I have notifications turned on under settings, and have checked individual apps. Gmail only shows new emails after opening the app. Same with Signal, notification settings attached are pretty much the same for most of my apps. I reset settings on my phone and restared and still have the problem. Any sugesstions?
