iOS 15.7 upgrade with iTunes
I am attempting to upgrade new iPhones to 15.7 through iTunes but only 16.0 is listed as an option. Is there a way to get 15.7 by upgrading in iTunes?

I, for one, do not want to update to a new major version until bugs have been worked out. For me that is a few minor updates in. I believe Apple released 15.7 and 16 simultaneously for this very reason.
I guess the original question still stands. How does one update to 15.7 and not 16 with connecting to their Mac as opposed to via the iPhone?
