Apple TV 4K

I Have a 4k TV from samsung with HDR + that my Apple TV is connected to.

I figure the picture is a lot crisper when I use the setting NTSC and 60Hhz Vs what I should have in Europe which is PAL at 50Hhz.... will I damage the TV or apple TV if I run NTSC instead at 60Hz. Picture is also more fluent with 60Hz Ntsc nut in Sweden the normal picture mode should be PAL
