I am having some issues figuring out how to format these lists in Pages. The top set of 4 is from another word processing software, the bottom four are from pages. I need them so look the same but no matter what I do the numbers end up on the left of the page. This happens even if I highlight the number and the text and center-align it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Try this: Select the text, click the Style button on the Format inspector, and under Bullets & Lists adjust the Number Indent value. You might also have to adjust the Text Indent value.
