My physical SIM card not working ,

the sim tested in another phone and working normally

phone restored to factory but still not working

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

This is a user forum, you are not addressing apple here just fellow users

to me it sounds like a defect sim connector in the iphone

you can try contacting apple Support -> Get Support (apple.com)

If the phone is working go to Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock and see what it says.
