Go into Settings, remove the beta profile, restart the iPhone, and check for updates again. If there isn't one or you get the same message, you may need to wait until Apple's servers aren't as busy.

As long as you have Low Power Mode enabled for the battery on your phone......(it is enabled in the screenshot)......the iOS 16 update will not run.
Turn off Low Power Mode on your phone.
Charge the phone up to 100%
Try the update again
Do you have an iOS 16 beta profile installed? If so, delete that first and after that try to update again
