Tracking cursor color for iPadOS

Is there a way to change cursor color? I did not like gray color and it is hard for me as blind person and also i would like to change cursor size to make it bit bigger.

Go into the Settings app.

Look for and tap on the Accessibility panel and in the right hand corner, look for and tap the Pointer Control panel.

You can put a border around the cursor that can have increasing thickness and you can add color to it.

You can, also, change the overall size of the cursor, as well, to make the entire cursor larger.
