iphone blocked

I have this problem which am confused on what to do. My iphone 13 pro which i bought recently is blocked on "lock to owner" i recently send in all the documents needed for it to be clear from apple but your response was not clear.

I could also submit further documents required by Apple for my identification, phone number, location, bank details, occupation, ID cards, tenancy contracts, employment contracts if necessary for any verification if the need arises because am getting tired of this issue.
