How can I set up my Apple Pay?

I’m younger than 13 and my mom says that I should install Apple Pay but it won’t let me. Are you able to help me in this situation?

Assuming that you mean Apple Cash, your mom should review: Set up and use Apple Cash Family - Apple Support
