Can't use apple account balance to buy product
I have been trying to purchase apple product since last 3 day using my apple account balance.
Every time i am getting below message ,even though i have enough balance.

Apple usually requires a payment method be on file even if you have an account balance that pays for the purchase. Validation of your VISA card is failing. You need to verify the card information or add another payment method.
