Two iCloud accounts
My iPhone has a New Zealand log in and iCloud account and my iPad is US. How do I combine both iCloud accounts so that photos etc automatically merge?

Apple IDs cannot be merged. You can establish a family share between IDs to share personal content (other shared content requires IDs to be based in the same region). Or, you can download pictures and post to the other ID.
