Hi, I’m on iOS 16 and no matter what I try I can’t get the Apple TV remote to work on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I’ve tried deleting my iPhone as device in Remote App and Devices on my Apple TV 4K and re-pairing but still all I get on my iPhone is a screen with just some but not all controls (see pic). And the controls that do appear don’t control my Apple TV. Please help.

We understand you're having trouble using the Appel TV Remote app on your iPhone. We'd be happy to provide information to help you troubleshoot this.
Check to see if selecting the Apple TV again at the top helps enable the remote. If that doesn't work, restart your Apple TV by unplugging and plugging it back in.
