MacBook Pro 2021 Internal Speaker not responding?

I am using MacBook Pro 2021 with M1 Pro chipset and Monterey 12.6 OS version. My inbuilt speaker suddenly stopped responding, i was working in MS Excel with some shortcut keys of Option + F11. MacBook is working fine with wired earphone but inbuilt speaker don't allow video-music playback on YouTube & other music apps-website. Even when i switch to inbuilt speaker in Sound settings, my pc starts lagging and no audio from speaker. I have ran diagnostic, reinstalled OS and tried creating new user. The issue remain same, any other guide to solve it?
