After the 16 iOS update the Viber application has a problem. I cannot enter in the conversations to see the files, photos and any media things. Also I cannot hide the conversation I wish or delete the content of a conversation… Can you help me?
Everyone has the same problem with viber after ios16 update.
The Viber developers had many months with beta software to prepare for iOS 16, but must have fallen behind their schedule for some reason.

Thank you for your reply. I’ve done all the above, except deleting the app because the Apple support advised me against that.
I also contacted the app developer and they told another way for the problem I have. Everyone has the same problem with viber after ios16 update.
We have seen some other posts about problems with Viber and iOS 16.
It appears that Viber has not issued an update to their app to insure compatibility with iOS 16. Contact the support folks at Viber to ask them when they will have an update to their app to handle updates to iOS 16.
