Forgetting a pair of headphones from any device doesn't make it a permanent change. What it does is remove it from the list of Bluetooth devices that have paired with your granddaughter's iPhone.
From what it sounds like, the Beats aren't pairing with her iPhone, and we'd like to help get those two device paired as they were in the past. As this is the case, here's a link with steps to take If you can't connect to your wireless Beats product.
