There is an app called “Astronomy” in my cellular data settings. See screenshot. Does anyone know where this app is located and what it is used for? The app appeared after I updated to iOS 16 on my iPhone 12.

I do. It still may be related even if you don't have a watch connected. Unless the app is actually using data, I wouldn't worry about it.
