Hi M14ia123,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you've been trying to delete the app and are having issues. What happens when you try? Make sure you're following steps from How to uninstall apps on your Mac - Apple Support.
Use the Finder to delete an app
1. Locate the app in the Finder. Most apps are in your Applications folder, which you can open by clicking Applications in the sidebar of any Finder window. Or use Spotlight to find the app, then press and hold the Command (⌘) key while double-clicking the app in Spotlight.
2. Drag the app to the Trash, or select the app and choose File > Move to Trash.
3. If you're asked for a user name and password, enter the name and password of an administrator account on your Mac. This is probably the name and password you use to log in to your Mac.
4. To delete the app, choose Finder > Empty Trash.
You can also try the Launchpad steps there if needed. If neither is successful, perhaps the app is still active. Try force quitting the app using the following steps from How to force an app to quit on your Mac - Apple Support, then revisit the steps above.
1. Take either of these actions:
• Press these three keys together: Option, Command, and Esc (Escape).
This is similar to pressing Control-Alt-Delete on a PC.
• Or choose Force Quit from the Apple menu in the corner of your screen.
2. A Force Quit window opens. Select the app that you want to quit, then click Force Quit.
Have a great day!
