Hi shahbazdts,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you've done a great job of isolating this to your connection with your external monitor. We still recommend starting with the guidance in If your Mac runs slowly - Apple Support which might help if there are any underlying concerns such as storage or app-related issues.

If you've completed those steps and everything looks good, "make sure that your Mac is plugged into power. Then either restart it or shut it down and turn it on again." This can help if there is a power-related issue causing this lag. The above guidance is from Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support.

Since this happens when connected to the monitor, try another cable and connection if possible. Then, check to see if there is a firmware update for your monitor. There may be information about this in your paperwork from HP.

Take care.

Thanks for your kind guidance . I have tried but it didn't worked .

I think USB C port of MAC don't have enough power to run Monitor on HDMI as well as Bluetooth mouse and keyboard .

when bluetooth usb don't get enough power it starts to give lag .

Once I remove HDMI cable of monitor then lag issue is resolved .

I have tried two different DOC but issue is not resolved .
