Safari is not loading web pages on iPad

Why is this happened and how do I fix it. I have the latest updates. I have turned the unit off and back on, cleared the history under Safari, forgotten the Wi-Fi password and then re-entered it. I went under Google Chrome and everything comes up fine. I am by no means computer savvy. I know the basics. Any advice is appreciated.

Hi Kmillsflorida,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. You've done a great job trying to get this resolved so far. The steps below can help:

  1. Test the issue while connected to a different Wi-Fi network.
  2. If you're using a VPN (Virtual Private Network), make sure the settings are correct. Temporarily disable VPN to see if the issue persists.
