No. it is illegal to record calls.

No, the iPhone does not support call recording. Depending on where you live call recording may or may not be legal. In some jurisdictions, both parties must give permission, in others, only one. It's up to you to determine what the laws are where you live.

There are apps in the App Store that purport to record calls. They generally involve leveraging conference calling so that your call is being listened to by some third party. Do you really want that?

Absolutely not true. You can always ask the the other person if it is ok to record the conversation.

In some jurisdictions, it only takes one party's permission to record. You, yourself can be that party to give yourself permission.

In OTHER jurisdictions, it is illegal to record without BOTH party's consent.

But again, with the consent of both party's you can record a call.
