I need update my iOS version what I can do?
iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12
iOS 12.5.6 is as far as the iPhone 6 can go. It has reached the end of the update road because it does not have the horsepower needed to run newer operating systems.
If you want to run iOS 16, you will need an iPhone 8 or higher.
If your phone is running iOS 12.5.6, it can not be updated further. If this is not the issue, post back with relevant details.

An iPhone 6/6plus can't be updated beyond 12.5.6, it doesn't have the hardware needed to run anything higher.
If you need a higher iOS version, you will have to purchase a newer phone.
