Tiny Speck on the Screen

Hello! There's this tiny speck that on the screen of my iPhone 11 Pro. I wonder how and why it just suddenly appear below the earpiece. It's too tiny that you would only notice it if you look for it. I think it's a few damage pixels. I would like to ask if this damage pixels will spread over time just like any other phone devices. I worry that it will spread or grow over time and will cost me money to replace it's screen.
