I have to ship my old iPhone before my new iPhone delivery for trade in

I bought iPhone 14 Pro just now and trade in my iPhone XS.

I just got a email about the trade in it said that “Please ship your package within 7 days.”

But my new iPhone will deliver in Oct 17-24, that means if I ship my XS in 7 days. I have no device to use in one month.

Any ideas, there is no chat contract in Apple Support right now.

iPhone trade in I am trading in my current iPhone for the new iPhone 14 pro. This won’t be delivered for another 5 weeks but I’m unsure when the pack to send my current phone back will be sent. All I know is I have 14 days to send my current phone back but I don’t know if this is 14 days from purchase or 14 days from when I receive my new phone. Can anyone help please? Trade In Process So… I have my trade in box. What’s next. I can’t find any instructions when or where to take it once it’s boxed up. Or when I need to ship it by. Just says 14 days. Does not say from when. 😬

Order and trade in I want to order iPhone 15pro, and trade in iphone 12pro. I have to wait till November for iphone 15, so do I need to send iphone 12 before that? Or I can wait till I get the 15 to send back the 12? Thank you.

That is within 7 days after the receipt of your new iPhone.
