Iphone 11 pro telephoto camera not working (please respond)

Okay so iphone 11 pro telephoto camera is not working, when i open the camera app i only get the 1x option and its only using the main 12mp camera and wont switch to telephoto, the wide angle camera seems to work fine but the telephoto is not working at all, i tried other camera apps like varlens but its the same problem there too. And yes i am using the newest software version (ios16) and i tried all the restart and clear cache stuff, i just want a proper solution for this.
