Data transfer between two iPhones taking too long

To clarify, is the process still stalled or ongoing?

It can take some time for Quick Start to transfer your data, particularly if you have a lot of data to transfer. If the process is moving, albeit slowly, we'd advise letting it run.

If it appears to have completely stopped for several hours you can exit out of it and try other means of transferring your info, such as restoring an iCloud or computer backup of the old iPhone to the new one.
