What is the Problem of Browser not Working?

I am trying to open some websites but it's not working. Some websites are open but a few websites have some issues. https://www.expatsinsaudia.com/how-to-get-new-saudi-visit-visa-stamped-from-manama-bahrain-in-2022/ this url is not opening in mac. This website all other pages are working.

Is somebody else experiencing difficulties to navigate with Safari after latest macOS Ventura update? I erased the cookies, history, everything and still nothing. Thank you!

MacOS Ventura is completely broken and impossible to use on my MacBook Pro 16 2019 Since I have updated my MacBook Pro 16" 2019 to the MacOSX Ventura 13, it has gone completely out of hand. My internet connection fails every 2 seconds and I can not even send an email. I have to refresh every page I browse at least two times. It keeps giving me "no internet connection error". Its full of bugs and despite the fact that I have reinstalled the OS three times already and talked to apple support team, still does not function. Please help.

I can open the site just fine. I'm in the USA .. maybe there is a block on the site at your location?
