Active/Resting Energy Not Being Calculated with iPhone after iOS 16 update

To my surprise, both active and resting energies are showing 0 when I only have iPhone with me and not wearing my Apple Watch. This happened after I updated to iOS 16 and WatchOS 9. When paired with Watch and on my wrist, its ok. It wasn't like this on iOS 15.

When on my iPhone I go into Health>Browse>Activity>Active Energy>Data Sources, I only see my Apple Watch there and not my iPhone, all other measurements within 'Activity' show iPhone as data source, except active/resting energy.

Was something changed in iOS 16 regarding active/resting energy measurements? I have my stats configured properly in my Health ID like weight, height, etc. And all other privacy settings seem ok.

Any ideas?
