My iwatch was glitchy so I decided to reset it. I tried pairing it again with my iPhone and it said there was an update available. It prompts me to update it first, but then I get the message below. I already restarted my phone and iwatch, I re-downloaded the iwatch app, I made sure that my Bluetooth and wifi was ok but nothing! 😭 please help. I keep getting the same message.

Wow! Thank you so much! It finally works! You are THE BEST! I was going crazy. Now I just have one small issue. My Apple ID is not loading on the watch app. Also, I tried adding it to my devices and it can’t find it. But everything else is set up perfectly.
still does not work, should I erase it from my devices? Maybe that’s why?
i erased it and removed it from my devices. Now, I try to pair it and it can’t find it at all,
Sign out of your apple id on the phone then back in again,keep your watch nearby.
Try restarting the watch then;
I reset my iwatch and now it won’t pair
