Wanting to Access My Image iOS is Still Using for Device Wallpaper

My wife drew me an image on her iPad. She sent it to me and I saved it in Photos. I used it as a Wallpaper. She deleted the drawing from her drawing app because I had it. I deleted it from my photos because it was merely a saved image from a drawing app. So, now the only place this image lives is as my background and if I change it I will no longer have access to it. Yes, I’ve swiped to a final screen and done a screen capture, but I’m just trying to find a way to access the image that iOS is using which is no longer in my Photos but still being used as my Wallpaper. Is this image accessible?

Where does my iPad store the image I created for the Wallpaper background if it has been deleted from photos but is still an active wallpaper?
