How to update from Ios 15.7 to ios 16 please

im stuck on ios 15.7 and it says am on the latest update. I’d like to use ios 16 though

iPhone XS Max, iOS 15

hi, but it’s not beta profile, it’s iOS 15.7 which was released on the same day as iOS 16. I chose to install 15.7 instead of 16 and now whenever i try to update I’m told that am on the latest version

Remove the iOS 15 beta profile you installed. Reboot the phone, then try again.

You have a beta profile installed for iOS 15. Look in Settings>General>VPN & Device Management.
