Apple Watch SE
I’m 74 and would like to get an Apple Watch for all the health and safety features but I do not want to purchase another phone line. Is that possible? I do already have an iPhone.

Apple watch SE is the budget version of the apple watch and it doesn't have some of the features that you would require such as ECG app and the blood oxygen app.
