when I go to my setting and I touch on my name I can't access my informations, why?

go to settings>general>reset>and reset all settings.

I think you have to erase your device and set it up as new.

What error is it giving you?
Do you have access to a computer? go to iCloud.com and sign in>click on your name and go to advanced settings>go to the bottom where it says sign out of all browsers and do that.
then on your iPhone - Force reboot your device (Force reboot device - Apple Support)
