My iPhone had Apple logo blinking phone will not start

My iPhone has Apple logo blinking do not start. Tried force restart but did not help anything else I can try?

Did you try to connect it in Recovery Mode to your computer?

If you can't update or restore your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support
