set up a new iPhone

I have done transferred data from my previous iPhone to a new iPhone. However, only a part of apps working, some apps not working. Can I re-do the transfer by erasing all data on the new one?

Some older apps may not work on new update. Check to see if the app has an update. You can also download apps again from the App Store. Just click on the small cloud symbol to re-download an app...
