Updating to IOS 16

My iphone won't update to IOS 16 or IOS 15.7 everytime I try it just says failed and doesn't say why and my phone meets all the storage and battery requirements to update

You need a strong Wi-Fi signal (no Hotspot, no VPN), a well charged battery, Low Power Mode turned off, and sufficient free space on your iPhone.
