I can't factory reset my mac

I'm stuck in recovery mode and after talking to multiple people online they say to factory reset my mac. The issue is that I am unable to erase my Apple SSD.

Here's the error:

Erase prossess has failed. Click done to continue.

Unmounting disk The volume on disk0 couldn't be unmounted because it is in use by process 0 (kernal) Couldn't open device. :(-69877)

Please help me resolve the issue. Thank you in advance!
