How to edit or customize the rotating show banner on Apple TV

Does anyone know how to remove, edit or otherwise customize the rotating show banner when you start Apple TV? I would like to remove Hillary Clinton's face from my TV.

The ‘Top Shelf’ shows content from the highlighted app in the top row of apps. The row apps for this feature is configurable by moving apps around.

Additionally, if the TV app is highlighted in the top row, then that may show (a) What to Watch (recommendations), or (b) Up Next (your queue list). This choice is configurable in Settings﹥Apps﹥TV﹥Top Shelf﹥.

The content in the Top Shelf is not configurable on specific titles, just the groups as mentioned above.
