Refund not received

Hi, I am an Apple user from the Philippines. A week ago, I have requested for a refund because I accidentally subscribed and paid for an app. The status of my claim says "refunded" but up to this date, I still have not received that amount back in the bank account linked to my Apple. Please, help me get my money back.
