Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I keep getting “ an error occurred downloading iOS 15.7”
Phone is plugged into power and connected to Wifi.
I have deleted all recent files to free up space.
I am at a loss to figure out how to determine what the error is and how to fix it.

You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
