If you are asking for an iPhone that can hold 3 or 4 physical

sims at one time, there is no such iPhone.

Some late model iPhones can hold/keep track of up to 8 eSims at

one time but only 2 can be active at the same time.

If this is not what you are asking, provide more information

so someone may offer a solution.
