New Apple Watch not able to continue set up

So I want to set up my new Apple Watch but then a pop up on the Watch app came with: you’re Apple Watch is up to date and I can’t do anything and can’t continue my set up Could somebody help me please? Thank you

What model of phone is it and what version of ios is it running?

What model of watch is it and what version of WatchOS is it running?.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried?.

What errror messages are you receiving?.

Has this watch ever been paired to another phone?(Very important).
