Ring and vibrate has gone

I work in a loud environment and would regularly have ring and vibrate turned so if I couldn't hear the ring I felt the vibrate.

When I went to turn it on I discovered that this feature has gone in ios 16. Or has it moved?

iPhone vibrate My previous phone (iPhone SE first-gen) would vibrate when I switched off the ringer. My new phone (iPhone 3rd gen) only makes two quick pulses. I don't yet know what it will do when a call comes in while the ringer is silenced. Is there a way to restore the old vibrate? I've searched through "Sounds & Haptics" and I can't find any way to change the character of the Vibrate. I like a full-on vibrate because sometimes I forget to turn the ringer on. The vibrate won't wake me if I'm sleeping but I'll notice it if I'm awake and nearby.

I will have to take your word for this and wait for someone to call me to see if it still vibrates as well.
